How do I find the price of a vintage Omega ladies watch?

It's a ladies Omega De Ville made for Tiffany & Co. 10K yellow gold with these (serial?) numbers on the back: EX6063/045 and 1375.

Very important; any help would be much appreciated.

Vintage Omega Seamaster

1962 Gold-capped Omega Seamaster. This watch has been restored. Minor corrosion on the 12 dial marker. Otherwise great condition. Beautiful watch

But what about the vintages of tomorrow. If I pay around $3000. 00 for one of the cheaper Coaxials, I lose roughly 40 percent of its value as soon as I walk out of the door....
