Rephrasing my vintage prescription sunglasses Question, is there any way to use the same pink GLASS in them?

Sorry I wasn't clear enough last time, for those who tried to help me! What I really wanted to know was if there's any way to re-use the vintage pink prescription GLASS inside the vintage frames. That way I get the old frames PLUS the beautiful vintage
