How do I find out what year my vintage dress is from?

I found a vintage dress of my great-grandmothers and I'm trying to find out what year it is from. It has a tag with lot # and batch #, and I'm wondering if there is somewhere I can search to find out the age of the dress.

Hiya! What is the label - I may be able to help. Otherwise ask The Vintage Fashion Guild (Google) there is nothing they do not know - they can do lots of research etc.
