What is the definition of a estate lot?

I don't think there is an official definition, but commonly an estate lot is a large one (one acre or more) upon which a large house or estate can be built. Developers marketing large lots may have a different definition.

About 4,500 lots in the parish were sold to the state's Road Home program after Katrina and the state's Louisiana Land Trust later sold about half of those to neighboring property owners in what was dubbed the Lot Next Door program. The parish anticipates selling an additional 200 properties through the Lot Next Door program in the next few months.

But what to do with the remaining lots is a bigger question.

A lot of people feel authentic estate investing, independence, operating for yourself, and earning dollars for retirement all go together hand in hand. Granted, all are appealing to most of the people. No doubt about this, self sufficiency is actually a goal most business enterprise men and women strive to achieve and actual estate investing is a good way to get there.

On the other hand, with all this emphasis on operating for by yourself or producing your own way, a significant tactic can readily get disregarded. That tactic is TEAMBUILDING.
