How "in demand" are custom motorcycles with the economy of today?

With the rising price of fuel and the economy at a low what is the demand for custom motorcycles? growing or falling?

This 2003 FXSTN Nightrain 'Twin Pan' is the latest creation from Surrey based Guildford Custom Cycles. The bike has already taken a third place in the modified Harley class at the London Custom Motorcycle Show and a first place in the same class at the California Dreaming Expo in Bournemouth. Both shows were European rounds of the AMD World Championship.
