Scam or not?...I recieved an email offer for a free roundtrip SouthWest Airline ticket voucher.?

I half thought it may be a "message from God" (ha??well..I was praying for a way to get to CA to see my mom, who had a stroke & the email was dated 1/18, same day I found out about her stroke).

I'm a skeptical person, but

When you receive an e-mail from a company, DO NOT PUSH REPLY to answer it.

Copy the e-mail, and send it to the actual contact location you find on their official website, or call the company directly.
