Swarovski Crystals Flat Back

Can I attach Swarovski flat back crystals to the frames of a pair of eyeglasses?

Hi everyone. I was wondering if it would be possible to attach flat-back Swarovski crystals to the side of my prescription eyeglass' frames. The frames are made of plastic.

- If I am able to do so, would I use gem glue, or a hotfix tool?
