How long does it take for a person to be evicted from a home that has gone into foreclosure? And are there any precautions one must take if this is the ONLY option?

It may depend upon which state the property is located in. Speak with a real estate agent who knows the legal aspects of the industry well. Seems like it is 30 days in our state; however, that is based upon information from over 10 years ago.

A large turnout Saturday morning at a  Myrtle Beach  foreclosure workshop might be one sign the economy still has a way to go. About 50 people attended the educational session aimed to prevent home loss.

Organizers say the rate of new foreclosed homes is still very high locally and worse than state levels. More people are getting worried after recent numbers out showing home values still dropping.

Seat after seat was filled with homeowners taking notes and asking questions to local representations from  HUD   and other local government organizations about how to keep their home out of foreclosure.
