Leather furniture?

I have been trying to learn about the leather used in furniture. I understand the differences in full grain and top grain. I go out and look at a sofa in a high end store and they describe their sofa's as using full top grain. Are they playing games with

Top grain refers to the top split of the leather.
Full grain is when there has been no modification of the top surface.

Full grain is top grain but top grain is not necessarily full grain.

If they say it is full
