Antique Sofa

I need information on an antique wooden sofa i just bought at an auction.?

It is leather and is stuffed with straw.It folds out into a bed. The only name i found on it was on the steel frame of the matress spring. It reads steel equipment Seng Chicago. Patent dates are 1907,1916, and 1918. It came with a matching chair and rocker.
